The estimated ready-date for each product is stated in the product page. Should you require a product urgently, you can opt for Rush Order, if applicable.
Different products have different lead times. Please allow additional lead time during festive periods.
Yes we do! Rush order is available for most of our products. Simply add-on while ordering.
Do note that rush orders do not affect the shipping duration and are non-inclusive of weekends/PH.

We prefer files in JPEG, MP4, PNG, PDF, PSD and AI for your orders to be in the best quality.

All our products are priced in Singapore Dollars. (SGD)
For overseas customers, you can change the currency from the dropdown menu in the top left corner of the website.
Please note that in the case of refund, a 5% bank fee will be deducted from the remaining amount that is refunded back to you.
We provide trackable mail for all orders and for local (SG) customers, we provide self-collection and doorstep delivery too.
Tracked mailing duration varies according to different countries.
Longer shipping durations are expected during festive seasons.
Unfortunately, by default we do not provide express shipping as it is very costly. For customers who are interested, we can enquire on the details for you.
Do note that express shippings do not affect the production lead time.
Yes! All shipping orders will be updated with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out of our store.

If you do not want pictures of your order to be published onto our social media platforms or website, kindly inform us when you're ordering. If not we'll assume that you're okay with your photos being used in our advertisement purposes.
