International track mail prices varies according to country, order weight, etc.
All international mail are mailed via various couriers and are trackable. (tracking number will be sent to you)
Any return mail received due to customer's negligence when providing us the address will be mailed out with additional charges.
We are not responsible for any forms of damages to the product during the mailing process, but we'll always ensure proper protection of the product (eg. bubblewrap) before mailing it out.
We are not responsible if your package gets delayed in customs. You may have to pay custom fees and or duties which are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer.
It is illegal for us to pay those fees for you or alter any of your order information.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds unless it's a manufacturing error or our mistake.
If so, please whatsapp us with your order number and photos as proof, which we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
